Booking Council venues and spaces just got easier

As part of our Digital Transformation Program, Council has improved the way we manage venue bookings to provide a better customer experience.

Our new online venue booking system provides you with easy 24/7 access to:

  • browse for suitable venues or spaces for your activity, event or meeting
  • book and pay online
  • view availability and hire fees
  • manage your bookings.

Through this system, you can book all sorts of Council's venues and spaces, including:

  • community halls
  • sports fields and hardcourts
  • parks and open spaces
  • meeting rooms and spaces at Cleveland and Victoria Point libraries
  • event and conference facilities at our environmental education centre, IndigiScapes.

You may notice the web address change to redland.bookable.net.au when you follow our link to view and/or book Council venues and spaces. That's because we're using a specialist booking platform that integrates with Council's digital capability.

Below are some instruction videos to get you started with using the online venue booking system. Within the booking system you'll find more frequently asked questions to help you use the system.
