Public gallery
A limited number of seats are available in the public gallery of Council’s Chamber. An overflow room will also be available if the public gallery seats in the Chamber are at capacity.
Public participation
All applications for public participation are required to be submitted online through the Public Participation Application form.

Council allocates 15 minutes for public participation. This allows three attendees, each allocated no more than five minutes.
Priority will be given to those applicants who wish to speak to a matter that is on the agenda for the relevant General Meeting.
Council’s meetings are live streamed. Members of the public in the Chamber public gallery and those addressing Council will be visible on the live stream.
