Redland City Council engages an independent market research company to conduct a biennial community satisfaction survey that captures community ratings of performance across the many areas in which Council delivers services to the community.
In 2024 a total of 460 residents aged 18 years or older, across all suburbs of the city, completed the telephone survey between 20 May and 2 June.
The results of the survey are shared across all Council service areas and assist Council to identify opportunities for improvement and to guide strategic planning and priority-setting.
Thank you to those residents who took part in the survey.
