Capalaba Centre Master Plan
The Capalaba Centre Master Plan was adopted by Council at the general meeting held on 15 December 2010.
The adoption of the master plan provides a planning framework to guide growth and redevelopment within the Capalaba Centre over the next 20 years and beyond.
The planning scheme reflects the outcomes sought by the master plan.

Cleveland Centre Master Plan
The Cleveland Centre Master Plan and Implementation Plan provides a long-term vision to guide growth and development in the Cleveland centre over the next 20 years and beyond.
Redland City Council adopted the Cleveland Centre Master Plan and Implementation Plan at the general meeting on 22 September 2010.
The planning scheme reflects the outcomes sought by the master plan.
Other key initiatives identified to achieve the Cleveland Centre vision for 2031 will be progressively initiated over the short, medium and long term.
