Pay your infringement notice by instalments

To take this option, you will need to complete the following steps within 28 days of the notice being issued. 

Customers who have been issued an Infringement Notice under $200 may request to pay by internal payment plan. If an infringement is over $200, customers can choose a Voluntary Instalment Plan (VIP) with SPER.

Internal Payment Plan under $200: After reviewing your request and infringement balance, you will be advised of the minimum payment requirements for your case. For example, infringements of $200 or less require $30 per fortnight. 

Voluntary Instalment Plans (VIP) with SPER over $200: A payment of $60 is required to initiate a payment plan with SPER. Once initial payment is received, the infringement will be referred to the State Penalties Enforcement Registry (SPER), which will contact you to discuss future payments. 

Please note:

  • There are no additional charges for this service. 
  • Online payment is not available for payment plan part payments. It can only be used to pay the full balance. 

How to Request a Payment Plan

To apply for a payment plan online, please visit payment options, view images, appeal or nominate a driver for a parking infringement 

Alternatively, you can email rcc@redland.qld.com.au with your full name, company name (if applicable), infringement number, offence date/time, and registration number. 

Please submit your request to Redland City Council before the payment due date.

Telephone Payment

Payment by card can be made over the telephone.

Please ensure you have the reference number for your infringement notice.

In Person Payment

Payment by cash, credit or debit card, cheque or money order can be made at the following Council Service Centres – open Monday to Friday:

  • Council Administration Building – Bloomfield Street, Cleveland (8.30am – 4.30pm)
  • Capalaba Place – Noeleen Street, Capalaba (8.30am – 4.30pm)
  • Victoria Point Library Building - Bunker Road, Victoria Point (9am – 5pm)
