NOTE: Redland City Council requires all monumental stonemasons, builders, and contractors to complete a contractor registration form prior to the acceptance of any permit application to perform monument work. It is the responsibility of the burial rights holder to ascertain that their selected monumental stonemason is duly authorised to perform work within Council-controlled cemeteries. To mitigate the risk of engaging a person or business who lacks the requisite authorisation, burial rights holders are advised to verify such approval before remitting any deposit to their preferred contractor. The Council maintains stringent criteria for the approval of contractors permitted to work within its cemeteries.
